Yes……I’m the guy putting “We need your help in Children’s Ministry” in the church bulletin every couple of weeks. 

 

My wife, Linda, and I are in love with our little girl Maiya.  Our pooch, Jake, would be insulted if we didn’t mention him too.  I’ve been blessed to live in Olympia my whole life and it only got better when I married my wife in 2000.  Linda is from Astoria, Oregon.  She is involved in the women’s Bible study and is employed by the State of Washington as a Program Manager.  I’ve served in the Childrens Ministry for the past 10 years and have been on staff as the Childrens Pastor since 2002.  I am also the boys and girls tennis coach at Capital High School.  Together, Linda and I lead a Home Fellowship and the Friendship Bag ministry.

 

As the Childrens Pastor, my commitment is to oversee the childrens ministry for infants through fifth grade.  My responsibilities include teaching kids, teacher coordination and training, leading worship, and facilitating special events. 

 

Our desire is to leave an eternal imprint of God’s love in each child’s life that they will desire and choose to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  If you want to be a part of this, please come see me and we’ll get you started!
